The ability to work effectively as part of a team with flexibility and adaptability to change and pace of duties while maintaining a warm and encouraging disposition is important.Assist in coordination of the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needsEnsure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plansMedication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians ordersAssistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physiciansDocument and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changesMaintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and proceduresRequirements:Working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for complianceGraduate from an accredited school of practical nursingCurrent nursing license and state registrationThree years experience in assessment and geriatric nursing, preferredA big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our ResidentsSpectrum Retirement Communities, LLC and its affiliated companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
