organization. This team supports lululemon's overall purpose by
ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our
various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.A DAY IN
THE LIFE 2nd Shift 5pm-3:30am Wednesday-Saturday
- Supports Inventory Control Associates with investigating and
problem-solving inventory inaccuracies in the WMS - Warehouse
Management System
- Supports Inventory Control Associates with performing real time
audits of on hand inventory as part of our SOX program
- Actively communicates results and findings across distribution
center departments
- Provides in the moment coaching, feedback, training and support
to Inventory Control Associates
- Provides training and support on work tasks and removing
bottlenecks. Delivers functional training to new Associates and
provides level-set training to existing employees as needed
- Trains and develops department-specific skills across any
Associate on the team and can raise needs for specific learning
approaches to create an inclusive environment, such as linguistic
support
- Assesses the skill level of a learner and how to communicate
and train necessary information to improve daily job
performance
- Supports their Supervisors with leading daily workforce
planning and communicates updates, needs, and risks with clarity
across departments.
- Delivers individualized feedback to Associates in service of
directly improving daily role performance.
- Responsible for directing the open and closing tasks of the
department
- Supports with performance tracking of individual employees by
ensuring they are using systems correctly and accurately
- Resolves daily issues and general usage in Outlook, Excel, IBM,
WMS, Oracle
- Teaches any department-specific system to a new learner and
displays proficient technical literacy across department-specific
systems
- Recognizes and works with their Supervisor to prioritize
work-flow and corresponding people and resourcing needs each
day
- Raises staffing needs/support capacity to partner with and
support overall DC work-flow.
- Understands material and support resourcing needs and tracks
volumes weekly
- Understands basic operational flow of DC departments and
identifies bottlenecks and pain points
- Problem solves daily interdepartmental operations issues as
they arise
- Plays a critical role in the support and adherence to a culture
of safety within the DC and teaches the what and why behind any
safety-related topic
- Tracks and restocks department suppliesQUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience leading others directly or
indirectly
- 1 year of experience providing facilitation and training
- Strong understanding of key warehouse functions and standard
processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively communicate the team members and
business partners both written and verbal
- Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners,
voice picking and new systems)
- Excellent counting skills and detail focused
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include
nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional

Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team
performance. The base pay range for this position is from $21.35 -
$23.73/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
This position has a target bonus of an additional 5%, subject to
certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the
total hourly target compensation range between $22.42- $24.92. At
