Role

We're looking for an operator to bring leadership and structure to essential business programs - from research and planning through execution and iteration - as we build a best-in-class consumer/healthcare brand. As a Sr Associate in Sales Operations you will support the Director of Process Improvement and Director of Sales by driving operational change through data/analytics and other tactical changes that help deliver strategic impact. You will work together with resources from departments across the organization to achieve our most essential objectives and key results. You will report to our Director of Process Improvement.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the program's Leads and other Operations Associates to provide reporting and analytics that will be utilized to make thoughtful decisions on how to achieve company objectives and key results by digging into the data to foster new ideas while backing your plans with quantitative insights
  
• Bring structure to work in the execution phase for projects and act as a project manager for a variety of tactical projects. Partner closely with resources from across the company including Acquisition, Product, CRM, Data, and Design to ensure things are running smoothly through completion of the project.
  
• Distill learnings across departments to improve results and provide next steps by tracking key performance indicators.
  
• Be the administrator for key tools leveraged by the sales team which includes scheduling, sales automation tools and developing reporting dashboards.
  
  
  What You'll Need

  • 3-4 years of experience in fast-growth, data-driven environments
    
  • Experience tackling diverse problem sets and moving the needle on key metrics
    
  • Experience creating structure in an unstructured, non-hierarchical, fast-growing business
    
  • A desire to push your limits, learn new parts of the business, and grow professionally
    
  • Diverse approach to problems coming up with creative solutions as well as ability to create frameworks to increase effectiveness and efficiency
