Job Description:

THK is looking for a talented, dependable and dedicated Payroll- HRIS Analyst that will develop and implement compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talents within THK. Will partner with IT and other business unites to roll out HRIS tools that support Compensation and HR related initiatives.

Major Responsibilities
Audit internal compensation policies in relation to government wage and hour regulations, and implement changes that maintain a competitive edge
Analyze THK's production, management and support staff pay practices and make recommendations for salary changes to ensure equity
Design, track, calculate, and communicate compensation programs and bonus plans for all employees that support the organization's objectives
Keep abreast of the regulatory environment, best practices and trends through online research or participation in webinars, conferences, and external total rewards programs
Participate in compensation benchmarking and make business recommendations on findings
Drive consistency and structure to create and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy and job levels within the organization
Prepare ad-hoc and regular metric reporting that assist in gaging success
Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy. Provide ongoing HR analytics and reporting towards metrics that measure our success
Maintain awareness of current trends and best practices in HR processes, learning methods and systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support
Work with internal HR team, finance, IT, and THK headquarter to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end user experience, security, system efficiency and process automation.
Partner with internal HR team to provide system support during annual HR events including performance reviews, goal setting and compensation planning as well as drive process improvements

Paycor & Kronos experience preferred
Strong analytical and project management skills (Excel and other tools as needed).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands
Ability to adapt and lead change management
Aptitude to learn new technologies, processes, etc. and retain this knowledge
Experience in the manufacturing industry desired
Must have a history of proven work ethic and the ability to meet project deadlines

Bachelor's degree required

5 years of experience in a human resources function with at least 2 years in a compensation and/or HRIS capacity
Extensive knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation
Must possess knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and/or a Time Keeping System
