OpportunityThe Senior Office Associate will serve on the School
Support Team (SST)and will support the Superintendent and SST
Leadership in administrative, scheduling, and other similar tasks.
The Senior Office Associate must be a strong writer and
communicator who is dependable and reliable, yet flexible and can
easily shift gears to respond to the ever-changing needs of our
rapidly growing organization. Job DescriptionSuperintendent Support
Provide ongoing administrative support including welcoming and
greeting guests, copy and print materials, arranging travel,
process Superintendent receipts and reimbursements etc.Support
scheduling of Superintendent calendar, including confirming,
adjusting, and rescheduling as neededCollect information and
resources for meeting preparation Develop systems to increase
organizational efficiency (ex: creation of a system to support use
of common meeting rooms)Assist with data entry, research and report
development across the functions of the SSTOther projects,
assignments, tasks and support as assigned by the Superintendent,
including professional development, event preparation and
logistics, and internal and external communications Completes all
of the above items with the utmost confidentiality and
integritySuperintendent Community Engagement Support Attend
meetings as requested by the Superintendent to take notes and
record takeawaysCoordinate, support, or manage events and visits
for the SST, Superintendent, and organization (occasional evenings
and weekends)Edit, update, and create communications (emails,
documents, visitor guides etc.)General Office Management Maintain a
warm office aesthetic that reflects the organization's core
valuesManage SST finance processes including requisitions,
procurement, and purchasing card managementWelcome all guests to
the SST warmly and engage in conversation/share information about
KIPP while they await their meetingManage day-to-day logistic
operations of the office and play a critical role in the
enhancement of organizational effectiveness and efficiencyOwn key
shared office responsibilities such as ordering and taking
inventory of office supplies, ordering catering for and planning
in-office events, and supporting visits with community
stakeholdersLead the SST Sunshine committee including the planning
of annual events such as the holiday celebration, and 3rd grade
lunch and readQualificationsBachelor's degree required and past
experience in a non-profit setting preferredDetail-oriented and
highly organized self-starter capable of seeing projects through
from beginning to end Extreme flexibility, with a strong work ethic
and an entrepreneurial spirit to accommodate high levels of
responsibility and multiple priorities with a high sense of
confidentiality and integrityAbility to lead, influence, and hold
others accountable to upholding high standards of operational
excellenceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with
