Job Description:
As a leader in Digital Communications at JP Morgan Chase, you
will assist the teams in coordinating their complex efforts by
facilitating our controls agenda. In this role, you will be
expected to collaborate with the business, Communications product
owners, control partners and development teams to support the
controls processes. Chase customers should be confident that their
communications will be timely, secure, and relevant. In order to do
that and retain our valued customers, it is important to have
strong controls to prevent, detect, and mitigate risks. Your
ability to coordinate with and influence the work of partnering
product groups towards common program-level goals will directly
impact our future success.
You will lead control activities for the Communications product.
Leveraging your understanding of and experience with risk
identification and controls, you will lead and support new and
ongoing initiatives from inception to completion and work behind
the scenes to execute on deliverables associated within our Control
framework. On a daily basis, you will work with the controls and
Communications teams to tackle issues and escalations and prevent
recurrence. If you are analytical, work well in teams and are
