  • Support business initiatives of Safety Principles
    
  • Group Guidance Notes
    
  • Life-Saving Rules
    
    
    • ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/CASH ACTIVITY
      
      • AR aging/past dues
        
      • Management of prepayments
        
      • Manage rebates
        
      • Daily cash application
        
      • Bank reconciliation
        
      • Weekly cash forecasting
        
      • Check depositing
        
      • Debt payments
        
        
        • SECURITIZATION
          
          • Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
            
          • Debt reporting (bank reporting)
            
          • Audit lead
            
          • Manage customer payments
            
            
            • FINANCIAL CLOSE PROCESS
              
              • Intercompany reconciliations/mismatches
                
              • Booking management fees
                
              • Various monthly accruals (bonus, payroll, benefits, IT, etc.)
                
                PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
                • Bachelor's Accounting
                  
                • 3+ years of accounting experience
                  
                • Progressive increase of responsibilities in a corporate environment
                  
                • Must have sound and balanced business acumen
                  
                • Solid understanding of GAAP & IAS
                  
                • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PP, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access)
                  
                • Proven knowledge of SAP with the skillset to extract and manipulate data
                  
                • Must be able to maintain Access databases; SQL table understanding is a plus
