Job Title:Senior Application Support Engineer - GRCLocation:OH - WestervilleWhat you'll do:Sr. IT App Support Engineer is part of the Application Support team and works closely with business partners, vendors, implementation team, and IT Developers to deliver effective business systems and solutions for applications. Following the defined process, you will support applications, implementation, and upgrade, perform issue troubleshooting and drive resolution working with other IT teams. This role is to support GRC systems within Corporate Systems Technology.What we are looking for: Duties & Responsibilities

• Support applications and their dependencies. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, administration, designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining simple to complex applications
• Participate in the Change Management process for the applications
• When needed, provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel
• Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications
• Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT application development, implementation, QA, and/or support
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with GRC applications like SAI360, Workiva, RSA Archer
  • 2+ years' experience working with MS-SQL or other databases
  • Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation
  • 1+ years' experience working on MS Azure and/or other cloud environments
  • Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service AccountsOther Requirements
    • Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
    • Software development and/or implementation experience preferred
