Job Title:Senior Exchange Directory EngineerLocation:OH - WestervilleWhat you'll do:The Senior Exchange Engineer will provide the required support for Hybrid Exchange environment. This role will provide support, implementation, and design services for Exchange. This role will be resolving, and appropriately completing assigned cases and change requests, as well as acting as an escalation for support issues.The Senior Exchange Engineer will apply new solutions through research and collaboration within the team, as well as collaborate with other IT teams.What we are looking for: Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Exchange Administrator, manage a hybrid Exchange environment
• Work on Email related requests and incidents
• Manage O365 environment and tools
• Manage Email security (Proofpoint)
• Support Email delivery issues
• Support business requirements with email solutions
• Participate in audits
• Proactively issue/risk identification
• Troubleshooting issues
• Perform root cause analysis
• Continuous service improvements
• Participate and Lead Projects.Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 7 years overall IT experience
  • 5+ years' experience in IT Systems Engineering/Active Directory/Exchange
  • 3+ years in Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Team Player with a "can do" attitude with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. The role requires significant interaction with many different teams across a global company.
  • Ability to support business requirements and provide appropriate solutions using technology.
  • Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills, one who can lead as well as follow. Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner.
  • Project Management knowledge and understanding of Scrum and Agile workflows.Preferred:
