Job Description:

BILLING SPECIALISTSALARY: $55-65KCFS Columbus has partnered with a successful Construction firm to find a Billing Specialist to join their team. RESPONSIBILITES OF THE BILLING SPECIALIST:

Assembling labor costs, material costs and subcontractor work to process billings daily
Electronic paperwork, including compiling data, invoices, and receipts
Lots of Excel and system work
Communicate with Project Managers and external AP departments

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE BILLING SPECIALIST:
- Previous billing or AP/AR experience in a construction or insurance setting preferred
- AIA billing experience is a plus
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong people skills
- Good Excel skills- pivots and macros a plus
