Vaco is looking for a direct hire Staff Accountant in Columbus, OH!

Staff Accountant

Pay:$75K salary
Job Type:Direct Hire
Location:Fully onsite at S 3rd Street Columbus Ohio 43215 (Free Parking Provided)
Hours:Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM
Start Date:TBD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily monitoring of cash accounts, prepares cash flow worksheets as needed
• Assist with month end close process.
• Input journal entries into accounting system monthly.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for many cash accounts.
• Generate and review financial statements for assigned entities.
• Reconcile General Ledger balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze and report any variances within the financial statements.
• Coordinate with other accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting information.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting.
• Cash receipts, deposit checks, download and post on RentPaymentQualifications
  • 3+ years of Accounting experience
