SharePoint-Office 365 Services Analyst Developer Telecommuting available for non-local candidates About the role Microsoft Gold Partner Professional Services Providing first-rate phone and email platform support as a member of Timlin s CoE Center of Excellence Team working with customers resolving cases. Troubleshooting and resolving MS SharePoint On-premises, SharePoint Online and Office 365 related issues including Teams, OneDrive, Planner etc. Develop and troubleshoot custom business solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Azure Apps, (PaaS), Azure Logic Apps, FlowPower Automate, PowerShell, etc. Web development and resolving client s issues utilizing JavaScript and related frameworks jQuery, Angular.js, React.js, Node.js etc. Working directly with client stakeholders driving project-based initiatives Presents innovative and alternate approaches when evaluating the best solution based on business needs Creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) used to demonstrate SharePoint and SharePoint Online Office 365 Productivity and Collaboration tools functionality and features according to business needsrequirements Replicating complex customer issues and resolving related matters Working withmentoring Timlin s more junior resources on resolving escalated client issues SharePoint administrationend user support including but not limited to system configuration, access security, permissions new site set-up, resolving workflow issues, list and library setup, etc. Reviewing SharePoint system logs to proactively identify issues and propose solutions Proactively identify issues, monitoring storage usage, review event error logs etc. Working with client resources to deploy patches and cumulative updates ensuring client environments and infrastructure availability and reliability. Skills you will employ Commitment to providing an exceptional professional services experience to customers, employing exemplary verbal and written communication skills A strong attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to resolve customer-based issues, intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learnmaster new technologies Creative and methodical problem-solving skills, experienced coordinating identifying, isolating and resolving technical and functional issues Microsoft SharePoint Online, 2016, 2013 knowledge and experience Employ continuous process improvement strategies and seek ways to gain maximum business value from Business Process Automation Complex business process automation and platform integration skills utilizing Microsoft PowerShell and Azure Logic Apps etc. Ideal background Wide-ranging technical knowledge of and passion for Microsoft products and technologies Proven success in a similar support role in a Microsoft based environment Microsoft Certifications Azure etc. SharePoint administration development experience and Windows Server administration PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL data structures OOP, C, etc. Experience with business process automation workflows, error logs, disk storage etc. Azure, IaaS, PaaS, ISA, Active Directory, SPS installation and configuration experience Providing first-rate phone and email support as an Engineer as a member of Timlin s CoE Center of Excellence Team working with customers on case resolutions.
