Adecco is recruiting for a customer service position located in
the Upper Arlington area.
Provide a high level of customer service through a thorough
knowledge of all products offered, client base and departmental
procedures. Exhibit excellent verbal, listening and writing
communication skills along with the ability to handle all types of
customers. Remain current in all pertinent compliance and legal
regulations. Provide high quality customer assistance and
satisfaction to all customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will evolve over time and
currently include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products offered
including all of the policy provisions and procedures pertaining to

responsibility, the CSR-L1 shall be polite and professional.
* Return all voice mail messages from customers and/or insurance
company contacts within 1 business day.
Regular hours will either be 8 - 5 p.m. or 9-6 p.m.
