To learn more about ADS, please visit our website at ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Receptionist will communicate a first impression on the phone or in-person with a presence that embodies the ADS core values and Customer Service Mission Statement. This position is recognized as one that sets the example of the image of our company. This person supports our customers, office manager, office personnel, sales team, managers and employees and does so with high energy. The Receptionist displays a sense of urgency, hard work, integrity and motivation. The Receptionist work area should be neat, tidy and organized at all times. It is essential for this person to answer the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive and distribute phone calls
    • Label Time Cards
      • Greet customers, guests and co-workers entering the office
        • Perform special projects and other duties assigned by Customer Service Manager.
          • Sort, prioritize and distribute electronic purchase orders
            • Provide additional support to the office as needed
              • Complete welcome letters for new customers under the direction of the manager
                • Maintain confidentiality of all trade secrets and other company/customer information.
                  • Enter and process accounts payable in Oracle
                    • Follow all company procedures and policy.
                      • Manage incoming and outgoing UPS and Mail packages
                        • Create solutions.
                          • Manage and maintain office machines, cartridges and maintenance as it occurs
                            • Adhere to ADS guiding principles of honesty, professionalism, and core values.
                              • Ordering and maintaining office supply requests and inventories Coordinate office events, meetings, luncheons, reservations and accommodations as requested
                                • Manage and maintain daily attendance and lunch time sheet for office personnel Job Skills:This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:
