the Marketing Analytics Manager will join the Digital Platforms
Team, reporting to the AVP, Digital Platforms Manager. This role
will provide valuable analysis and insight to better leverage NFP's
marketing capabilities and quantify the impact of NFP's marketing
strategies. This role will collaborate with the broader Marketing,
Sales Enablement & Technology teams on various activities including
event marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, digital
advertising, website analytics, and social media. This individual
will help develop key measurement strategies and governance to
ensure consistency in reporting and analysis across marketing
touchpoints.The Marketing Analytics Manager will ensure NFP is
effectively collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to drive
smart, innovative decisions, support adjustments/refinements, and
accelerate action across all marketing efforts and in support of
the company's overarching goals.Essential Functions And
Responsibilities
- Understanding and formulating the business questions data
analyses will answer
- Translating business requirements into data analyst
requirements
- Leading and providing appropriate analysis and actionable
insights
- Be responsible for analytics reporting and insight in
accordance with core KPIs, developing and delivering a range of
reporting capabilities to highlight the effectiveness of marketing
activities
- Define and deliver appropriate analytics implementation for new
initiatives, campaigns, pages, and websites, developing business
and reporting requirements as necessary
- Develop and deliver regular reporting covering areas such as
web traffic, content engagement, advertising & paid search, social
media traffic & engagement, email marketing, lead generation &
marketing automation
- Perform AB's analytics implementation, ensuring new
requirements are implemented in accordance with current standards
and are tested, identifying issues and remedying as
appropriate
- Report findings with data visualizations that are easy to
understand
- Communicating insights and providing solutions that have
demonstrable results
- Understand organizational focus, business needs, and
objectives
- Develop, build, and maintain data models, reporting systems,
dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business
decisions while automating repetitive tasks and reportingMinimum
Knowledge, Skills, And Tools
- 5-7 years of experience with marketing analytics and
measurement
- Proven track record of delivering appropriate reporting and
analysis in a B2B and/or B2C environment, leveraging relevant
technical solutions
- Demonstrable experience in using analytics platforms such as
Google Analytics to collect, organize and deliver relevant
analytics reports and actionable insight
- Hands-on experience in analytics tagging (Google Tag Manager)
and a solid understanding of JavaScript to optimize site
tagging
- Experience in analyzing A/B or multivariant testing and
personalization initiatives to measure the success of such
activities by documenting results, learnings, and
recommendations
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead scoring analysis
using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo
etc
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and
achieve objectives with limited oversight
- Strong communication skills, particularly when articulating
findings in meaningful, clear ways to business and marketing
stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insight
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI
and/or TableauSkills: Excellent communication and organization
skills, creative and strategic problem solving, quantitative
analysis, ability to prioritize multiple projects and processes,
attentiveness to detail.Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor's
