Job Summary

Quantum Health is seeking a talented marketing communications writer with wide and deep experience researching, concepting and creating content to support our B2B sales and marketing objectives. You re known for and take pride in clear, concise and compelling writing. You know the difference between features and benefits and how to create copy that speaks persuasively to prospective customers. You re confident interviewing and gaining insights from project stakeholders and SMEs. You ve used those skills to artfully create all kinds of effective B2B communications, from PowerPoints and product collateral to case studies, web copy and video scripts. You ll feel energized working in a
fast-paced, internal-agency environment for a growing, category-pioneering brand. Your background in healthcare, insurance or employee benefits is a must, as is your track record of creating on-strategy, high-quality communications.

Essential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

Concept and write clear, concise, compelling copy to meet communications objectives
on a range of marketing communications and sales support projects, including product collateral, sales presentations, case studies, videos, website, social media posts and more.

Interpret and incorporate strategic/technical feedback and copyediting on your copy to improve and complete each project while growing in your ability to create future high-quality, on-strategy copy.

Become expert in, and act as a gatekeeper for, consistent brand voice and editorial style.

Participate as an active listener and communications strategist in project briefing and planning discussions with Product, Sales, Client Experience and Marketing leads.

Conduct productive, efficient backgrounding research, including interviewing internal stakeholders and SMEs, external SMEs and clients.

Collaborate with colleagues in Creative/Design and Digital Marketing to 1) create cohesive copy for existing branded communications templates, and to 2) concept and execute
copy and design solutions that bring innovate new ideas and formats to life.

Work thoughtfully with project owners and managers to plan, then consistently meet, project timelines and deadlines.

Engage in and contribute to weekly project status meetings, monthly all-team meetings, regular 1:1 conversations and collaborations with supervisor,

Bring energy, ideas and continuous improvement commitment to the Content team s ongoing focus on improving team capabilities, productivity and quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Background

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing communications, journalism, English, public relations or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years B2B marketing communications and sales enablement writing experience;
    strong preference for candidates with healthcare/employer benefits experience. Demonstrated experience
    • Track record of translating complex business concepts, corporate capabilities, product features and customer perspectives into clean, crisp, persuasive copy that communicates customer relevance and brand differentiation across multiple channels and formats.
    • High level of creative concepting and problem solving to develop approaches and executions that result in audience-relevant content that supports differentiated brand/product positioning and strategic business objectives.
    • Demonstrated know-how for conducting efficient, productive primary and secondary research, interviewing stakeholders and SMEs, then strategically distilling relevant takeaways from that research.
    • Proven ability to create copy that aligns with corporate strategy, messaging and editorial style (including
      Associated Press) guidelines.
    • Strong history and desire to collaborate effectively with Marketing colleagues to concept and produce
      on-brand communications that effectively harmonize copy, design and visuals. Other
      • Portfolio of relevant work for review with application is required (digital portfolio preferred). Samples should have B2B orientation and a brief story behind each that illustrates your marcomm and sales enablement thinking, experience and ability.
      • Ideal portfolio: 3 corporate/product sales collateral assets, 2 sales PowerPoint presentations with speaker s notes,
