Job Description
The Social Media Customer Care Advocate will leverage social media
to directly engage with customers to promote and inspire confidence
in our Company's products & warranties. The Social Media Customer
Care Advocate is a passionate individual fluent in social media
platforms and someone who values a collaborative environment. This
position will partner with the social media specialist to ensure
that all social media replies are fully aligned with the approved
responses
