Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in a school
setting located in Lancaster, OH. This contract role offers an
excellent opportunity to work with an elementary caseload split
between two buildings, providing specialized speech-language
services to young students. Responsibilities: - Deliver speech and
language pathology services to an elementary caseload spread over
two school buildings. - Assess, diagnose, and treat speech,
language, and communication disorders in school-aged children. -
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational
professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
tailored to student needs. - Maintain accurate documentation and
progress reports in compliance with school policies and state
regulations. - Participate in staff meetings and professional
development activities as required. Qualifications: - Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP). - Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
acceptable. - Experience or credentialing specific to school-based
speech-language pathology preferred. - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students,
families, and school staff. - Ability to manage a caseload across
multiple locations efficiently. Location: - This contract position
is based in Lancaster, OH, with responsibilities at two elementary
school buildings. Schedule: - Full-time from August 10 to May 28,
aligned with the school year calendar. This role is ideal for a
dedicated speech-language pathologist committed to enhancing
student communication skills in an educational environment.
