Pennsylvania. Job Summary: The Lube Technician is responsible for
providing on-site routine maintenance services for fleet vehicles
and equipment across multiple locations. This role ensures vehicles
remain in optimal condition while minimizing downtime and meeting
operational standards. Some travel may be required to various job
sites to perform services, making flexibility and self-sufficiency
key aspects of the role. Job Responsibilities (Including, but not
limited to): Perform oil changes, lubrication, and fluid top-offs
for fleet vehicles and equipment at designated locations. Conduct
basic inspections of tires, brakes, and fluid levels, identifying
potential maintenance needs. Safely and efficiently use mobile
service equipment and tools to perform on-site maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings or
recommendations to fleet managers. Properly handle and dispose of
used oil, filters, and other materials in compliance with
environmental and safety regulations. Coordinate with supervisors
to schedule service calls and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Drive and maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle. Follow
all safety protocols and ensure tools and equipment are in good
working condition. Required Skills: High school diploma or
equivalent. Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a similar
role preferred. Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine
maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and manage
time effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL
preferred. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including
weekends or evenings when needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to
lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in
various weather conditions. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work
for extended periods. Additional Benefits: Company-provided mobile
