We are currently accepting resumes for an Avaya Engineer position in Columbus, OH.

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

You would be responsible for providing end-to-end (Plan, Build, Run) responsibilities for Voice endpoints, which includes phones, extensions, voicemail, agent login IDs, Toll-Free Numbers, CMS, CDR, e911, etc.

Description of specific work being performed:
- The primary responsibilities for this role will be focused on Avaya PBX Administration and Microsoft Teams Phone System administration, Voice MACD requests and Voice Endpoint Incident resolution. This person must be motivated to complete assigned work quickly and accurately, but with attention to detail and by following processes.
-This person must also understand the importance of our users experience and be patient with users and assist them with learning new softphone products.

Required Skills / Experience:
- Experience with Avaya PBX administration, configuration of Avaya extensions, Agent IDs, voicemail, softphones (Avaya OneX Communicator, Avaya OneX Agent and Avaya Workplace), etc. required.
- Experience with Microsoft Phone System administration of phone numbers, Resource Accounts, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, etc. helpful.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills with Avaya PBX for phones (desk phones, softphones, mobile apps), voicemail, Agent IDs, headsets, etc.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Phone System (PC client, mobile client), headsets, etc.
- Proficient skills with Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, leaders and customers.
- Must be process-oriented and detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to take direction, but still work independently and as a team. Ability to collaborate and work well with others.
- Highly motivated self-starter required.
- Great work ethic required.

Position will be remote.
