Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Process Engineer in Ohio!Responsibilities: Analyze processes and equipment, complete root cause analyses and create procedures for reliable equipment and a stable process Improve operational and technical capabilities to achieve business goalsIdentify and implement cost reduction improvements Define, communicate and specify expectations for quality and operations teamsEnsure engineering solutions meets requirements Assess risks and issues and make decisions with a sense of urgency Use formal problem-solving skills for complex problems Identify and develop initiatives and capital projects that enhance supply chain processes Seek and evaluate vendor qualifications Justify and recommend capital improvements and upgradesSet technical standards for operating manuals, maintenance, safety and quality Ensure all projects include risk analysis and contingency planning Travel to collaborate with key stakeholders on process improvement opportunities and upgrades Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree preferredMUST have Aseptic Process Experience10+ years' of Operations experience in automation systems environmentsKnowledge of lean manufacturing and project management processesAbility to manage multiple projectsStrong technical backgroundSix Sigma Green or Black belt certification
