Description:- Act as the main point of contact for all Environmental, Health, and Safety matters at the facility level- Work closely with Operations Leadership to develop measurable goals for workforce- Conduct regular audits of the process safety plans and develop strategies to eliminate gaps- Lead environmental planning and reviews- Maintain documentation and reporting to adhere to health and safety compliance- Conduct workplace hazard analysis to assess risk for unsafe or environmentally dangerous areas- Develop a EH&S training plan for employees- Understand and provide guidance for environmental regulations and permitsSkills:Safety, Reporting, Osha, Ehs, Audit, Health & safety, PPE, Risk AssessmentTop Skills Details:- Experience overseeing environmental, health, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting- Strong communication skills- Documentation and reporting for complianceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Experience overseeing environmental, health, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting- Ability to take initiative and establish regulations that may be currently non-existent- Organization and attention to detail to maintain compliance and a safe working environmentExperience Level:Expert Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
