Founded in 2002, AutoSweet is a digital marketing and advertising firm that helps car dealershipsnationwide drive quality website traffic, convert leads and match back offline sales from their online advertising. Our scope includes Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google dynamic inventory search ads, dealer websites, automotive conquest and loyalty email marketing, used vehicle classified advertising, and reputation management.AutoSweet is looking for a motivated full-time in-office Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts, support business objectives, and drive leads through innovative and forward-thinking ideas.Duties/Responsibilities: * Work directly with the President and Director of Sales to come up with effective marketing strategies to help generate revenue* Plan, measure, and evaluate marketing campaigns * Prepare analysis of under-performing categories to discern trends, challenges, and opportunities* Manage pricing, promotional tactics to achieve business objectives and optimize profitability* Identify needs for new products or services and make recommendations to management* Collaborates participates and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows; such as the NADA, IADA, and Digital Dealer conferences* Work to grow companies brand audience and generate leads for the sales team by posting creative and attractive content on social media outlets such as; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn* Actively develop, monitor, and enhance content marketing strategies* Ad hoc duties as required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal and communication skills* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to manage time effectively and ability to work independently * Desire to be a team player and contribute * Understanding of online marketing tools and digital platforms (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Reputation Management)* Willingness and eagerness to learn the automotive industry and AutoSweet's proprietary marketing services Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business marketing or related field * 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field * Demonstrate knowledge of business driving solutions and technology industry trends * Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce * Experience leveraging email, video, webinars, blogs, and social media as strategic channels to promote campaign programs and events.
