What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
-- Track, tag, organize, and report on all inbound leads coming into the company-- Help improve the quality of the data we collect to better target / retarget prospects-- Build and manage campaign audiences for outbound marketing / email outreach-- Guide weekly email marketing strategies for clients and candidates-- Work with marketing and sales to construct templates for weekly outreach-- Improve effectiveness of outbound campaigns by utilizing A/B testing, enhancing prospect lists, adjusting messaging, and implementing triggered automation-- Help develop new retargeting strategies for inbound leads-- Report on all campaign performance and help tie it back to revenue-- Work closely with sales leaders on engagement strategies to increase interaction with our user base and, ultimately, drive additional revenue-- Track the market for trends, opportunities, competitive tactics, tools/platforms, etc. and use that information to improve processes-- Work with third party vendor to manage online advertising / PPC campaigns
What You Need To Get The Job Done (Requirements):-- 3-5 years' experience in similar role-- BA/BS degree; MBA preferred-- Hands-on and proven experience scaling demand generation programs (e.g., events, lead nurturing, email marketing, paid campaigns, etc.)-- Strong working knowledge of essential demand generation systems, including and not limited to Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics-- Highly skilled in user segmentation, drip campaigns and email automation through 3rd party email marketing platforms-- Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS a huge plus-- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with multiple teams within the organization including Sales, Marketing and Leadership-- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success-- Solid problem solving and time management skills-- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)-- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
