Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager within our R&WB team you will:
- Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex
projects
- Responsible for the development of business and vendor
relationships
- Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major
aspects of the proposal development process
- Responsible for project(s) financials including development of
financial plans
- Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and
Deloitte team
- Establish relationships in strategic client positions;
negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships
- Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding
functional and technical issues
- Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for
delivery teams and staff
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention
activities providing input and guidance into the staffing
process

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 8 years in a technical or functional leadership role
- 8 years of Rewards and Well Being experience
- 8 years of retirement plan experience (DC, DB)
- 8 years of experience in compensation in the public or private
sector or a compensation consulting background
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
- Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue
targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives
for new business
- Actuarial credentials such as ASA, EA, or FSA
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this
role
- Up to 50% travel may be required (While travel may be required
for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been
suspended until further notice.)
Preferred:
- 8 years of retirement plan experience (DC, DB) with more than
one provider organization
- 8 years of Rewards and Well Being experience with more than one
provider organization
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment,
problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills and
decision-making abilities
- Experience managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to
present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and
non-technical)
- Successful marketing ability in selling services to prospects
and existing clients
- Experience understanding trends in the marketplace
- Ability to work in a team environment sharing ideas and working
collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient PowerPoint and Word Skills
- Visio, Access, and Microsoft project a plus
