We change lives. - -Progrexion is looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of CTV/OTT, Streaming Audio, and Programmatic Display media campaigns for multiple brands:,, and Lexington Law. -ResponsibilitiesYou will conceptualize, design, and implement Progrexion's customer acquisition strategy on CTV/OTT, Streaming Audio, and Programmatic Display. You will also own all metrics and KPI's related to these channels to ensure that channel performance aligns with goals. -Ideally, you have hands-on knowledge of best practices in these channels and have a proven track-record of executing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and immediate response.Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of all Programmatic Display, CTV/OTT, and Streaming Audio campaigns.Set up, run, and continuously monitor all campaigns for maximum performance on KPI's, such as conversion rate, cost of acquisition, etc.Develop & recommend media tests, design measurement frameworks, gather & analyze data, arrive at conclusive insights and optimizations for media campaignsShape creative strategy via data-driven insights and feedback loops, partnering across the organization to systematically improve the performance of creative assetsCollaborate with the Creative team to produce creative assets and develop a roadmap that continually tests new assets and ideas.Effectively communicate media plans, channel performance, and test outcomes to relevant stakeholders On the forefront of innovative new and emerging media and measurement solutions - continuously bringing new media insights and recommendations forwardResponsible for full campaign setup with each vendor, including contract approval process, media budget & invoice management, managing pixel implementation, defining target audiences, trafficking creative assets, manage creative flighting and testing schedules. -Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, managing performance media campaignsProven success planning and/or buying media at an agency or consumer brand (specifically CTV/OTT, Streaming Audio, and/or Display)Experience running ads through a DSP (Centro/Basis, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, etc.)Strong understanding of tracking and view-through attribution of CTV and Display campaigns (experience with iSpot Unified Measurement and/or Google Campaign Manager 360 is a major plus)Ability to build a media plan while considering CPM, messaging, audience reach, and performance-based optimizations to yield the best results.Strong experience in leading A/B testing and analyzing performance to optimize media buyHighly analytical, strategic, and strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in MS ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to frame up succinct recommendationsWe offer top-notch benefits, including: Open PTO for exempt employees8 weeks of paid parental leave for all exempt employees401(k) company match of 100% of the first 3% invested and 50% of the next 4-5% invested after six months of employment. 100% of that money is vested immediately.Medical benefits in the 85th percentile nationally100% paid basic medical benefits for employeesCompany HSA contributionTwo years in a row of ZERO premium increases for our health benefitsIND123
