People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management, and their teams.What you will do -As the Field Operations Associate Manager, you will manage and lead all activities of the HUB/Branch operation in compliance to corporate objectives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also be the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the office while coordinating activities relating to Operations, Inventory Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, and other related leadership function.Collaborate with Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure understanding and impact of HUB/Branch policies and procedures.Resolve field representative, sales managers and/or customer concerns or complaints to resolve inventory issuesDevelop inventory management strategies with sales to ensure alignment of inventory utilizationManage and controlling inventory using available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants (part and lot number level) and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, and in HUB/Branch/Storage locationsEnsure Sales Manager and Sales Representatives are aligned to the key metrics that drive the operations of the HUB/BranchUnderstand and follow FDA processes and procedures within the HUBResponsible for managing vehicle/FLEET maintenanceManage forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Responsible for the upkeep of the facility including bill management and facility contractsResponsible for managing remote locations and employees, when applicableManage team sizes of up to 7 people, may include up to 10+Administer positive recognition and provide disciplinary action when warrantedAct as a liaison to Human Resources to ensure consistency in administration and compliance with Company policies.Hire/Manage /coach/mentor/develop non-exempt team members to encourage and support a high-performance work culture.Ensure all employees are provided with proper training and development. Monitor and drive timely training completion.Manage non-exempt timekeeping and monitor employee attendance (e.g., start time, breaks, etc.) via Workday. Monitor and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and produce contingency plans for coverage in times of high volume, heavy employee vacation periods, etc. What you need -Bachelors' degree or 6+ years of professional experience in leu of degree required6+ years' experience required; experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or similar fields -preferredExperience with direct people management, leadership, and team management requiredMust have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as neededDemonstrated proficiency in MS Software (including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)Knowledge and skill with JD Edwards (ERP systems) -preferredDemonstrated analytical skills with problem-solving and process improvement orientation -preferredKnowledge of Lean tools (Six Sigma, Visual Management, Value Stream Management) -preferredTravel Percentage: 20%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
