Vice President of Stabilization Services Job Description:
Under the supervision of the COO, the Vice President (VP) of
Stabilization Services is responsible for the development,
staffing, and provision of services to all patients/clients
receiving treatment at the Maryhaven Addiction Stabilization Center
(MASC). The VP assures that programs operate according to the
policies and procedures of Maryhaven and the standards of
licensing, credentialing, and funding authorities under which
Maryhaven operates. Manages Clinical Supervisor-MASC,
Community/Outcomes Coordinator, Matrixed Reports: Nursing
Supervisors, Lead PCA, Patient Access, Treatment Placement.
Vice President of Stabilization Services Requirements:
The individual must be an experienced administrator in healthcare,
nonprofit management, or the provision of mental health and
substance abuse services. A minimum of an LPCC, LISW, Licensed
Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, MHA, MSN, or MBA is
required. Must demonstrate a minimum of six (6) years experience as
an upper- level manager in the mental health, chemical dependency
treatment, nonprofit management, or healthcare administration.
Prior supervisory experience required.
