Location Strategy and Human Capital Analytics -----" Vice President Join the JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) team and help shape the future of our real estate strategy! We---re looking for a talented individual to develop and analyze our location stagey, headcount projections, and rotational patterns. If you have a passion for data driven decision making and the ability to effectively communicate to Senior leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities:

• Develop a location strategy for CCB taking into account labor force, market trends, productivity, co-location benefits while collaborating with stakeholders across CCB Finance and the business
• Build analytics to support site selection, seating strategies, and headcount projections
• Collaborate with HR on labor force and market analytics
• Manage executive level reporting on real estate decisions and present data tailored to senior leadership audience
• Support other Human Capital analytics on an ad hoc basis (e.g., annual evaluation of CCB---s diversity, equity, and inclusion Accountability Framework goals) Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, strategy, data & analytics or management consulting
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Expertise in excel modeling and data visualization
  • Expertise in storytelling for executive audiences
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to all levels of management Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in real estate planning, logistics, human resource analytics advantageous
    • Technical skills in ETL, SQL, Alteryx, and BI Tools (such as SAP BO and Tableau) a plus #LI-Hybrid
