This team is responsible for building relationships and working closely with our customers to assist with full adoption and integration of our products and solutions into their businesses damage prevention operations. The Customer Success team serves as an advocate for our customers to ensure that we exceed their expectations. Your Main Tasks:
    • You will be reporting to our Chief Revenue officer and tasked with building and leading our CSM team
    • You will take responsibility for client outcomes and ensure the highest level of customer support is met
    • We want to be proactive in helping our clients with their business needsRequirements:
      • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer facing role focused on support/success, sales, business development or account management in a SaaS organization setting
      • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • You can effectively collaborate with your team and internal stakeholders at all levels
      • You are experienced with thorough analysis of complex business processes
      • You are technically competent with cloud-based (SaaS) and mobile applications
      • You possess effective leadership skills
      • You see the big picture
