Sr. IT Security Analyst - Identity and Access Management
Full Time Perm
Shift : Hybrid - 2 days onsite 3 days remote
Location : Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN
The Cyber Security department at NiSource ensures the
confidentiality, integrity, and availability of NiSource assets to
achieve the company mission. This team performs various measures to
protect the company with a wide range of technologies to combat the
latest threats in an ever-evolving landscape.
This team performs incident response, cybersecurity education,
awareness, and guidance. The department is also responsible for
managing policies that govern data permissions and how information
is accessed and secured. We also oversee the automated and manual
provisioning and de-provisioning of access to data and data
repositories.
As the IT Security Analyst - Identity and Access Management (IAM)
you will help manage the provision of outsourced security services
and application of IT Security policies and procedures for all
NiSource business units and control networks. You will also works
closely with the Service Provider Delivery management team to track
and monitor the overall progress of Identity and Access Management
processes and small-to-medium sized Security Services projects.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Support the Identity and Access Management processes such as
regulatory items SOX or FERC requirements
Monitor IAM general mailbox and respond to questions and/or
escalations, assist internal and external partners with access
requests or submissions
Resolve or escalate queries or issues related to IAM/PAM
Work closely with the IT Support Services to resolve Service
Provider related issues and to help ensure accurate reporting
related to Service Provider performance
Work closely with NiSource project managers and Service Provider
personnel to help track and monitor projects that meet business
needs and adhere to agreed-upon service levels (e.g., budget,
schedule, quality)
Facilitate audits of processes related to IAM
Confirm that IAM/PAM support and procedure documentation is
available and kept up to date
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
1+ years of experience with ITIL processes and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Energy Industry
Previous project management experience
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
ITIL V3 or V4 certification is a plus
