Job Description:

This product manager position will be responsible for managing initiatives focusing on our cutting edge identity verification and authentication products for our government customers. These products are used by hundreds of government customers to serve their consumer identity proofing needs millions of times per day. You will also be responsible for a number of other products that are focused to our government customers stop fraud, find bad people, and offer equitable access to government services. Our products strives to be the leading provider of eligibility solutions, program integrity data & analytics, and enablers of whole Person & Entity Data management and transformational insights.
As a product manager in our government product organization, you will own the development and execution of product roadmap objectives, fusing our strategic priorities with the voice of the customer, while driving organizational alignment.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Create and implement the product vision, roadmap and business plan
  
  
• 
  Analyze industry and customer trends and provide recommendations on long term strategic plans
  
  
• 
  Manage the "Go To Market" for new product enhancements.
  
  
• 
  Gather, validate, and evaluate product and market requirements through Voice of Customer, competitive intelligence and product research
  
  
• 
  Recommend business requirements for assigned product features, to include effective product and user interface design, product validation testing and usability testing, while ensuring that the product strategy is adhered to throughout the product life cycle
  
  
• 
  Directs the release process and placement of new products, new functionality or enhancements in a technology release cycle
  
  
• 
  Develop conceptual and evolutionary product plans that meet measurable benchmarks of customer satisfaction and will exceed customer expectations for functionality and user interface. This includes managing revenue budget plans and identifying and assessing business opportunities.

  Manage the ongoing life cycle responsibilities. Research cross-vertical, continuum expansion or product enhancement opportunities, if warranted

  Manage existing products that result from strategic partners and providers, including joint ventures and subsidiary relationships and projects
  
  
  Technical Expertise
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Develops timely, clear, and thorough requirements

    Solid understanding of the identity proofing landscape either with comparable or similar products in the space.
    
    
  • 
    Experience with authorization standards including OAuth, OpenID, FIDO and SAML
    
    
  • 
    Understanding of federated identity, demonstrating a solid past experience with managing product related to this area.
    
    
  • 
    Understanding of online security and fraud concepts, including account take-over, data breaches, social engineering, chargebacks, friendly fraud.

    Deep understanding of core technical competencies and opportunities and synthesizes this information into product strategies (ML, AI, Cloud and native architectures, etc.)

    Deep understanding of Product Management principles, including Agile and Waterfall development methodologies (CSPO, CSM, etc.)
    
    
  • 
    Demonstrates knowledge of technical product delivery mechanisms (SFTP, API), interfaces (UX, Accessibility, etc)

    Demonstrates fundamental understanding of new and emerging industry technologies (SQL, Esri, etc.)
    
    
    Qualifications and Education
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or other quantitative field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
      
      
    • 
      Min 7-10 years of experience in a product management function
      
      
    • 
      Strong organizational and time-management skills involving workload prioritization
      
      
    • 
      Works well in team environment
