Thank you for being a part of the Ricart family!What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:Oversee accounting department and employeesManage accounting functions, including month and year-end reports, payroll, accounts payable / receivable, etcCreate monthly and yearly financial reports and statementsCoordinate and perform financial audits with internal and external partiesBudget development and trackingFinancial / cash flow forecastingOther duties as assignedEssential Job Functions:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in Accounting, Payroll, and some Titles knowledge preferredCar industry background preferredAbility to assist in the supervision of a staff of 25+ employees.Knowledge of appropriate software including: Google Suites, Microsoft Word, ExcelOutgoing, likable personality with the ability to communicate and relate to their team.Excellent organizational and reporting skills.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Sound decision making and the ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ricart Automotive is an equal opportunity employer.
