Job Description:
Vector Security Networks is hiring for Account Management
Representative in Columbus, OH. The Account Management Rep ensures
daily interaction and maintain positive relationship with high
level customer contacts. Handle escalated problems across all
vector departments involving customer queries and reach out
internally and process as needed. Work on assigned special
projects, new opportunities requesting liaison assistance and
coordinate between different departments.Main
Responsibilities:Account Management and Development:Coordinate with
NAMS to execute sales opportunities.Obtain full understanding of
customer's initiatives, structure and business in order to
proactively provide account support.Host Weekly A-Team conference
calls.Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and project team
to maintain a top-level view of all projects and project change
orders for assigned accounts.Collaborate with Sales and Operations
Departments to understand customer needs.Ensure billing overdues
are being address with customers, research and coordinate with
internal departments for resolutions.Pull reports from D365 and
customer portals, combine the data to present to customer for
account updates.Assist account coordinators with escalated issues
and following up with customers accordingly.Review Central Station
excessive activity, identify stores with high signals and operator
actions, research issue, create service tickets, track progress in
D365 for risk mitigation.Act as a main point of contact for
customer Insite issues and encourage usage of the portals for
better communication.Customer Interface:Develop and maintain
relationships with assigned customer to ensure long term
growth.Serve as main point of contact for senior Loss Prevention
personnel for any items related to the account and use appropriate
internal and/or external resources to prepare and provide a
professional and timely response to the customer.Assess and funnel
the customer needs and provide seamless resolutions in all areas of
support for both service and installation.Prepare and participate
in QBR's with customers and be accountable for action items
discussed.Attend weekly calls with customers to discuss queries and
concerns for resolutions.CRM Department Initiatives:Weekly touch
base with managersAttend regular training, department, peer to peer
calls.Travel to VSN offices to attend annual conference
