About this Position: -

As an Infotainment Program Manager you will provide high level coordination across the Infotainment division and with suppliers to ensure development milestones are satisfied.



Responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Create/Coordinate and manage the overall development schedule for the Infotainment division to ensure alignment between the multiple functional disciplines within the Infotainment division and the project milestones
  
• Conduct weekly development team meeting to track maturation and capture open concerns
  
• Track KPIs and generate regular reports for management; highlight concerns and propose action
  
• Coordinate Cross Check events to ensure appropriate hardware and software application will be provided; Collect test time requests from functions groups to define total activity time and provide to project team
  
• Serve as the Infotainment division representative on the project development team - act as the communication hub between the division and the team, manage any division assigned assets, generate reports, present technical documents on behalf of the division after internal correlation
  
• Arrange certification events, support reporting and track closure
  
• Set up/maintain project space in Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA)
  
  
  
  
  Who we are seeking:
  
  Required Work Experience:
  
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2 years' experience in Automotive, Aerospace or Electrical component development and project management experience
    
    
    Required Education:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's in engineering discipline +
      
      
      Desired skills:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Experience creating and managing schedules
        
      • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to produce presentation documents.
        
        
        Additional Position Factors:
        
        
        • 
          
        • Working Environment - Partial remote work, Partial onsite work, minimal travel (
          
        • Physical requirements - Majority of responsibilities require working at a computer or attending meetings in an office/test lab/remote environment. Some responsibilities require driving vehicle and outfitting vehicles with test equipment and/or replacing infotainment components.
          
        • OT as needed to meet project deliverables - typical 0-15%.
