Job Description:

The person in this position assists the Clinical Director in being responsible and accountable for clinical leadership of the agency's clinical programs serving persons with substance use and co-occurring disorders. He/she assists in developing, directing, and supervising the clinical aspects of all SUT programs and is responsible for clinical quality and standards of these programs. This person provides a unifying clinical vision of service delivery across a continuum of services; supports a multi-disciplinary team; acts as a clinical consultant to the Clinical Director as requested and assumes administrative and clinical responsibility in the absence of the Clinical Director; and represents Southeast and the program in many community settings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders, including medication assisted treatment (MAT) and programming, utilizing Motivational Interviewing and stage-based interventions.
