The Assistant Manager functions as a working supervisor to assist the store manager in supervising staff, stocking the store, selling merchandise, and assisting customers.We are offering $17.00/hr. to $19.00/hr. (based on experience) and a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 403b with company match for full-time and part-time employees who qualify.*Applicants are welcomed to walk in and apply in person during store hours. We will host on-the-spot interviews on Tuesday and Thursday between 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Education requirements: High School diploma or equivalentExperience requirements: 1 year of food service or retail experience. 1 or more year of supervisory experience.Qualifications:Operating a cash register and retail experience is required including 1 year of supervisory experience.Work hours:Store hours: Monday thru Saturday 8am - 8pm / Sunday 11am - 6pm Note: Applicants must be flexible and willing to assist other stores in the Columbus market when necessary.
