- Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy that
aligns with the organization's objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and
emerging best practices to ensure our benefits remain
- Work with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to
optimize benefits solutions and manage vendor relationships.Plan
Design & Optimization:
- Lead the design of new benefit plans, considering market
trends, competitive positioning, and employee feedback.
- Continuously assess and optimize existing benefits programs to
ensure they remain cost-effective and responsive to employee
needs.Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations and
standards, including ERISA, ACA, and other legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit required benefits reports and
filings.Communication & Education:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate
employees about their benefits options and changes.
- Conduct benefits-related workshops and training sessions for
employees to enhance their understanding of available
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Master's
- CEBS, CBP, PHR, or SPHR strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible benefits management
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations,
and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in benefits
