Job Description:

The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of Infrastructure related projects in the HealthCare Industry. In this position, you will be managing the new build, acquisition and/or upgrade of physician offices, clinics, and hospitals. Qualified candidates will be hands on in the project efforts in addition to leading the initiatives. Individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project life cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. Position will manage teams of employees and contractors on projects and be responsible for all project deliverables. Position involves broad interaction with different functional areas and information technology. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in Project Management methodologies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAccountability for overseeing and coordinating the entire life cycle of assigned projects (requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design development, testing and implementation)Demonstrated experience in managing programs or complex projects involving evolving technologies, multiple projects and oversight of multiple resourcesExperience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysisAbility to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on taskStrong data analysis and problem solving skillsStrong understanding of Infrastructure/Network principles and best practicesManage the implementation of the client s standard network at new builds or acquisitions including things like Re-IP, cable, electric standardization, and security standards, such as desktop encryption, firewall coordination, etc.Ability to manage the roll-out in current or new facilities without disruption of servicesExcellent organization, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsEscalate issues to Program Manager when requiredProvide status updates to Program Manager as warranted, once per week minimumPresent project status updates to IT Executive Steering Committee as requestedDedicate to exemplary customer serviceQualificationsMinimum five years experience in managing Infrastructure and Networking projectsMinimum five years experience in network and network securityMinimum five years' experience in Project ManagementPrevious hospital/physician offices deployment experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsSome Travel requiredPMP CertificationBachelor s degree in Business or Computer Science
