for overseeing and managing all aspects of labor relations within
the organization. This role involves developing and implementing
strategies to foster positive labor-management relationships,
negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, and
ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Labor
Relations Manager will handle employee grievances and disputes,
conduct research to support effective labor practices, and
collaborate with HR and management to address workforce issues. A
key aspect of the role includes analyzing labor metrics and trends
to provide insights for improving labor relations strategies and
