Therapist-Engagement Specialist Job Description:We are looking for
a Therapist-Engagement Specialist to join our Delaware, Ohio team!
The Therapist-Engagement Specialist will develop a comprehensive
clinical formulation based on completion and/or review of chemical
dependency or mental health screenings. Must be able to develop,
assign, and monitor individualized treatment and continuing care
plans. The Therapist-Engagement Specialist will also be responsible
for providing brief interventions for chemical dependency and
mental health needs as well as crisis intervention services. Must
complete day-to-day service documentation as required and maintain
effective communication while engaging clients in
