To reward you for giving us a chance, we'll include a $1,000 bonus on your 1st paycheck, when you work your 1st assignment (of 8 weeks or more) with us.The RN-PCC coordinates the patient care team in providing and documenting patient care in accordance with applicable standards of practice; applies nursing process to all areas of practice; manages and provides health care and education to patients and their families during hospitalization; assesses, implements, coordinates, delegates and evaluates nursing care of patients; prioritizes patient care needs and provides care accordingly; performs specialized nursing care procedures as outlined in department/unit-specific competency profiles; coordinates patient encounters, admissions, transfers and discharges; provides leadership to, and development of, patient care team; identifies opportunities for improvement in patient care and organizational processes; participates in performance improvement activities; participates in medical and nursing research activities.Quality Clinicians Job ID #fOSUJP00003157.
