Position: MS/Tele RN
Facility: Grady Memorial (Delaware, Ohio)
Term: 12 weeks
Shift: 4x12 Night Shift (1845 - 0715); every other weekend and every other holiday.
Call: possibility of 1 call shift per 2 week period

Minimal requirements:
1.5 years of experience
BLS, ACLS certification (must be AHA)
Must be able to read and interpret telemetry independently
* Travelers float first. Possibility of 1 call shift per 2 weeks

Patient census fluctuates, with average census 22. Unit max capacity is 41 patients. ratio 1:6-7. PSA support also on unit with ratio 1:7-10. If RN is in primary assignment, ratio is 1:3-4. Acuity fluctuates as we are the only inpatient unit beyond the ICU; includes hospice, med/surg, tele patients.

Diagnoses include COPD, DM, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, sepsis, chest pain, CHF, general cardiac including non-titrated drips (cardizem). Navy blue scrubs. EPIC EMR.
