MiSpace, Inc. is seeking motivated and passionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team who want to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities within their home and community.We have locations throughout the Greater Columbus area currently and have a number of schedules that can fit one's lifestyle - it can be a great full-time or part-time career path.Compensation & Benefits: Pay starts at $14/hr.-$15/hr., depending on experience and certifications. We offer PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance.MiSpace, Inc. also provides incentives like competitive DSP wages, Personal Time Off, and health insurance options.Job Requirements:--- -Minimum of a high school diploma or completed GED certificate required--- 1 year of experience assisting individuals with Developmental Disabilities is preferred--- Employees must possess CPR/ First Aid certification and Medication Administration Training. MiSpace will aid staff in getting certifications for both if you do not already have them.--- All employees must have a valid Driver's License with less than 5 points, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle--- -Background checks are completed for all potential employees.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
