The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.The RN delegates nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
