Evaluates the patients response to treatments/medicationsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing programThree years of nursing experience. Community health, hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferredCurrently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing stateMust possess current CPR CertificationDemonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skillsValid drivers license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirementsUnderstands the philosophy of hospice concept and the needs of the terminally illText 5729 to (937)863-9487 to apply#ACHOS#IndeedHOSby Jobble
