NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
NIH Stroke Certification
Tech Cert Verification - National
State License 1 Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam




Job Details:

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Total Hours: 36 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for floating within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity, ensuring exceptional patient care and support.
This position does not require on-call duties.




Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Current BCLS and IV certification
Proficiency in IV starts and general nursing skills
Experience with EPIC EMR system
Previous travel nursing experience preferred




Schedule Information:

Three 12-hour shifts per week




Unit Specific Information:

Responsibilities include floating within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
Perform IV starts and general nursing tasks such as monitoring, labs, medication administration, and patient education
Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient care management




Additional Details:

Required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio.
Check UD/Unit Cost Center Link to determine certifications required per unit.
AHA only (Instructor/Provider and RQI acceptable). Letter of completion not acceptable.
Travelers can renew ACLS, BLS, and PALS at the facility.
For License Hit approvals - Send necessary information and cc AM & PM.
NIH required for ER and all Critical Care RNs (ICU, MICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU, and Critical Care Float)
Check UD/Unit Cost Center Link to determine if required for any other units.
Certain certifications are preferred, not required.
HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement is required annually.
Unit-Specific Competency Exam Required
Dysrhythmia/EKG Exam requirements and remediation process outlined
Background acknowledgement form required.
Dress Code - For candidate to review and initial via DocuSign.
Confidential Fraud Waste Abuse and Compliance Reporting Mechanism Form required for all candidates at OSU Wexner Medical Center.
