The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results!**Duties:**- Support licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.- Accurately and promptly document patient progress.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.**Experience:**- Familiarity with the Net Health documentation system is beneficial.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of patient care.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
