Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVPICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler seeks an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU assignment requiring an OH or compact RN license and a willingness to float to multiple units. Responsibilities - Work in the Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) of a hospital setting - Pediatric patient population with complex cardiovascular cases - Day shift schedule working three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00-19:34) - Floating required to NICU, PICU, ED, stepdown, and med-surg units as needed - Must be comfortable floating to a variety of pediatric units based on staffing needs - Strong communication and adaptability skills are required - No call is required for this role - Strict attendance and punctuality expectations are enforced Requirements - Active OH or compact RN license in hand - Approximately 2 years of recent pediatric ICU experience preferred - Must provide two supervisory references, with at least one from a supervisor or manager - Cannot have worked in a permanent position at the facility within the past two years - Local candidates within a 60-mile radius are not eligible Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-619805.
