Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of IR experience and required ARRT, BLS, ACLS, and state licensure. Responsibilities - Work in an interventional radiology setting with a focus on cardiology and one other specialty area such as neuro, vascular, or general IR - Position involves operating the Siemens Artis Pheno equipment in a hybrid OR environment - Travel required between two hospital locations - Day shift schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday - Call requirements to be determined based on candidate skill set - Experience with Epic EMR is preferred - Responsibilities include performing interventional radiology procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort - Maintain accurate patient records and utilize Epic EMR when applicable - Must be willing to travel between two sites as part of routine duties - RTO (requested time off) must be built into contract and provided at time of consideration - Former employees eligible after a 6 month break; current employees ineligible for travel roles at this facility - Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers - Fingerprinting is required to be completed promptly upon contract signing due to state compliance urgency Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology - Current BLS, ACLS, ARRT certification, and state license required - Proficiency with Siemens Artis Pheno, fluoroscopy, and hybrid OR procedures - Must be able to perform cardiology and at least one of neuro, vascular, or general IR - References required include two professional references, with at least one from a managerial or formal leadership role - License required if applicable Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-620227.
